Low volume today. Trades are taking longer to present and develop. It’s good environement to practice patience.

Wednesday – CPI day
Hard price action for me today. There was very low volume after CPI. My fisrt idea of ssilver sale was good.
note: sell trade in the screen print is demo. I sometines take trades on paper trading to validate an idea or to avoid taking a trade on an account.
Thursday
Beautiful setup on gold on M5 chart. I spotted SMT + CISD on M5 from an H4 bisi. Note same scenarion happend before on H4 chat. My trade was a continuation trade fro the SIBI
spot this beautiful setup on indicies. I wwas more focus on Gold at the time. Happy that I can see this even if I did not take it.
Friday
Setup presented but i was i the wrong direction. I also did not take SMY on Highs in consideration.
Conclusion
I ended the week red and the week breakeven.
A really teaching week for me. I learned about patience. Mid August volume is alos really low.
